Hi Lemaitre... congrats for your records...! I' am just started running , and my 100 meter record is 12.48.Also I dont know well the tips for 100m, like start etc.. I know that it's very very very slow...... Do you think I have a chance to run faster? I , am 16 , and lot of people , say that you are to old for improving. Could you tell me what is advise... Thank you :D
